Terms of Use

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use VoiceToPrompt on up to 3 devices you personally own or control.

License Types

• Monthly subscription — billed monthly, cancel anytime.
• Annual subscription — billed yearly, cancel anytime.
• Lifetime license — one-time payment, includes 1 year of updates; optional paid renewal for future updates.

Permitted Use

• Personal voice dictation and transcription.
• Professional work, including writing, coding, communication, prompts, notes, and tasks.
• Any lawful purpose.

Restrictions

• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Do not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share license keys.
• Do not circumvent license verification.

Updates

VoiceToPrompt uses Sparkle for automatic updates. Subscription users receive updates while the subscription is active. Lifetime users receive 1 year of updates and can choose a paid renewal for future updates.

Third-Party Services

VoiceToPrompt may integrate with OpenAI if you provide your own API key. Your usage of third-party services is governed by their terms.
